Multimetal industries is well established company engaged in manufacture of instrumentation fittings, valves & manifold since 1971.
Our Company possesses skills of highly professional personnel for executive functions of Designing, Production, Planning and Marketing, resulting in closer coordination and satisfaction to the customer's requirements.
It has a well laid out and carefully selected machinery which ensure high production and has stringent quality assurance systems.

Quality Control
MULTIMETAL Fittings & Accessories are manufactured as per the applicable American codes and standards for pressure piping. Fittings are manufactured both in Inches and Metric Sizes.
Right from Raw Material, each lot of fittings undergoes various rigid stage inspection and also final inspection & Testing as per the laid down test and quality control procedure which is accepted by most of the third party inspection agencies.
Except raw material check testing, which is being carried out at the independent approved Laboratories, in house extensive test facilities are developed for carrying out various test for fittings and its accessories. Pressure testing facility upto 10,000 psi is available in house.

The products which we manufacture are mainly used in pressure circuits & pressure lines. The pressure may be of hydraulic oil, air, steam or water pressure. The Products manufactured by us are checked under following facilities.

- Dimensional checking by calibrated instruments.
- Threads checked by thread plug and ring gauges calibrated by Met-Heat Services Pvt Ltd.
- Accurate Vernier say dial vernier are used for Dimensional checking, Dial Micrometer height gauge & bore gauges are used as per requirements.
We have following facilities:
- Hand pump operating under water - Capacity 400kg/cm2.
- Motorised pump operating under oil - 1000kg/cm2
- Compressor with reservoir for pneumatic testing upto 10kg/cm2
- D.P. Test for Cracks & other surface defect in forging & raw materials.
- Nitrogen Bottle upto 150kg/cm2.
- Air & Hydraulic Testing Machine capacity upto 0-140 Kg/Cm2
